Bel Thermal Duct Heaters are manufactured to UL 1996 requirements and certified by independent test Laboratories such as UL, ARL or ETL.
Only Nichrome wire is used in Bel Thermal heaters and only the most reliable components for long life and durability.
Custom Built Duct Heaters
Custom duct heaters will meet or exceed industry standards and can be tailored to individual requirements in size, wattage, voltage and features.
Stainless steel construction or very low watt density elements are available.
Unitary Insert Heaters
Bel Thermal can design product line heaters for a variety of air handlers and package units.
Documentation of older heaters is maintained for servicing and replacement for an extended period of time and even though the air handler may no longer be available, most repair parts are kept in stock..
Accessory Heaters
Accessory Heaters are agency listed for specific models of equipment and may be mounted directly to the discharge of an air handler.
Load Banks
Bel Thermal can design load banks with a variety of loads and accurate to within 1/10th of an Ohm.
Stainless steel construction is also available.

Components, replacement elements and accessories are maintained in stock for Bel Thermal products. We can usually find parts for even the oldest heaters. Bel Thermal markets a number of products under the Champion label and can supply bulk parts at OEM discount prices. Call us if you have case quantity requirements and are looking for factory pricing.
Expedite Services
Should an emergency arise, Bel Thermal can usually build a standard heater in one to five business days. We will make every effort to ship expedites according to promised delivery dates.
If expedited delivery schedules are not met expedite charges will be adjusted accordingly.
