1. AIR PRESSURE SWITCH (Pressure Differential Switch)

Factory Installed in any Heater      $40.00
Note: Fan Interlock relay is deleted in Heaters with an integral Air Pressure Switch. An interlocking type of thermostat or other means is acceptable to start air flow.

1A. OPTIONAL FAN INTERLOCK RELAY with Air Switch     $20.00

2. CIRCUIT FUSING:

The choice of Built-in Circuit Fusing or Remote Fuse Panel is offered for most Heaters with 2 or 3 circuits. This flexibility may be advantageous where integral fusing would make the controls box too large for a particular application or where a more convenient fuse location is desirable.

HEATERS OVER 48 AMPS - Fusing cost is included in Trade Price of the Heater. (Designated on Price List with asterisk after price.) Built-in Fusing is standard - Remote Fuse Panel must be specified.

HEATERS 48 AMPS OR LESS - Built-in Circuit Fusing is a specified option.

1 Phase to 48 Amps - up to 240V $45.00

3. CONTROLS COMPARTMENT INSULATION

Special 1/8" 6 lb. density semi-rigid Fiberglas or equivalent.Add $1.00 per KW of Heaters Minimum Charge $25.00

Straight Sequencing - 1 Phase to 277V: Add per element to Heater Price $15.00

Straight Sequencing - 3 Phase to 240V: Add per element to Heater Price $15.00

Straight Sequencing - 3 Phase 380V to 480V - Limited Use - Contact Factory.

Sequencing with Staging - 1 Phase to 277V: Add regular staging charge + charge for sequencing + $22.00

Sequencing with Staging - 3 Phase to 240V: Add regular staging charge + charge for sequencing + $22.00

5. SEQUENCING WITH INSTANT SHUT-DOWN with 24V or 240V Control Voltages Only. [Heater has Sequencer & Contactor Combination - no two elements come on at one time. Shut-down is instantaneous.]

The cost for installing and wiring in any Heater is determined as follows:

Heaters 120V to 480V Rating:

• 1 or 2 stages $25.00

• 3 or 4 stages $35.00

• 5 or 6 stages $45.00

• 7 - 10 stages $100.00

7A. TRANSFORMERS (Step-down to 120V)

Heaters 120V to 480V Rating:

• 1 to 3 stages $65.00

• 4 to 6 stages $85.00

• 7 - 10 stages $105.00

8. 80 - 20 ELEMENT WIRE (80% Nickel & 20% Chrome)

Add for each KW $3.00 [Stainless steel terminal bolts, nuts and washers included]

9. QUIET CONTACTORS (Available with 24V Controls only)

Heaters to 277V rating - Add for each 5KW or part thereof $11.00 [Limited use with Heaters over 277V - Contact the Factory]

10. *DELAY RELAYS BETWEEN STAGES - INSTANT OFF

(Available with 24V or 240V Controlled Heaters only) May be used between each contactor or each stage. Specify!!
Add for each Delay Relay used $20.00

11. CONTROL VOLTAGE (24V Control is standard)

Optional Voltages to 277 Volts are available - SPECIFY VOLTAGE No Charge. Optional Voltages OVER 277 Volts, Consult Factory

12. P.E. (Pneumatic Electric) SWITCHES

For each stage controlled: Add $50.00**
**Heaters with P.E. Switches must also have provisions for Fan Interlock. To satisfy this requirement it is necessary to install one Air Pressure Switch per Heater. See Option #1 for Pricing.

Note: If the Heater is over 240V a Transformer is also required. See Options 7 or 7A to determine the cost of the Transformer.

13. MERCURY CONTACTORS (For almost silent operation)

Heaters 120V to 480V Rating: Add for each element controlled $55.00

Heaters 480V to 600V Rating: Consult the Factory. To determine the number of elements in a Heater check the following pages in the Price List:
