Listed Options

  1. AIR PRESSURE SWITCH (Positive or Negative Air PressureSystems)
Note: Fan Interlock relay is deleted in Heaters with an integral Air Pressure Switch. An interlocking type of thermostat or other means is acceptable to start air flow.
  2. OPTIONAL FAN INTERLOCK RELAY with Air Switch
  3. CIRCUIT FUSING: The choice of Built-in Circuit Fusing or Remote Fuse Panel is offered for most Heaters with 2 or 3 circuits. This flexibility may be advantageous where integral fusing would make the controls box too large for a particular application or where a more convenient fuse location is desirable.
  4. HEATERS OVER 48 AMPS - Fusing cost is included in Trade Price of the Heater. Built-in Fusing is standard - Remote Fuse Panel must be specified.
  5. HEATERS 48 AMPS OR LESS - Built-in Circuit Fusing is a specified option.
  6. CONTROLS COMPARTMENT INSULATION
  7. STAINLESS STEEL TERMINAL BOLTS, NUTS, ETC Standard in all BTU heaters.
  8. TRANSFORMERS (Step-down to 24 Volts)
  9. TRANSFORMERS (Step-down to 120V)
  10. CONTROL VOLTAGE (24V Control is standard)
    1. Optional Voltages to 277 Volts are available - SPECIFY VOLTAGE No Charge
    2. Optional Voltages OVER 277 Volts, Consult Factory

  11. P.E. (Pneumatic Electric) SWITCHES
    1. **Heaters with P.E. Switches must also have provisions for Fan Interlock. To satisfy this requirement it is necessary to install one Air Pressure Switch per  Heater.See Option #1.
    2. Note: If the Heater is over 240V a Transformer is also required. See Option 7.

  12. MERCURY CONTACTORS (For silent operation)
    1. Heaters 120V to 600V Rating
    2. Note: Airflow direction must be specified for proper factory mounting of Mercury Contactors.

  13. Extra LOW WATT DENSITY Elements: For extended element life, low watt density elements can be designed into your heater. Low watt density elements allow the NiCr heating coils to run at significantly lower temperatures, thus sustantially extending heater life.
  14. Delay between stages.
  15. Flanged plenum construction
  16. Pilot Relays
  17. Non-Fused/fused interlocking disconnect switch
  18. SCR controls
  19. Thermostat – Wall, duct, Remote Sensor/Temperature Sensor, Temperature Controller

  25. Backup Contactors
  26. Recess panel
  27. Pilot Light
  28. Toggle Switch
  29. Remote Panel
  30. Breaker
  31. Protective Screen Inlet/Outlet
  32. Disconnect/Full Line Break Contactor
  33. Single Point Line Connection
  34. Motor Starter
